Peter is amazing. A wealth of knowledge! Very professional and extremely kind and caring. He goes above and beyond to give you detailed information and he's fair and competent. I would recommend him to anyone I know and trust that you will be hard-pressed to find anyone better than Peter to do the job. He is the Pinnacle of inspectors and just a top-notch trustworthy honest person to boot.
Peter is very passionate about his inspections. He is not only knowledgeable about the unit itself, he understands what a prospective buyer is interested in/or should be interested in if you are new to RVing. He is easy to connect with via phone, email, and text. The reports, both verbal and written, are very thorough. He includes commentary as appropriate and provides photos and video to support the comments, especially as a remote buyer may like. Peter does what he says! That builds confidence when you are a buyer in California looking at a unit in Florida. I am quite comfortable that he looked at the unit as I would, but with his added knowledge and NRVIA Certified background!

I hired Peter to inspect a 2019 Forester that appeared to be in good condition. Turned out that it had been in an undisclosed accident and had also a blown tire that damaged the wheel well. Peter was very detailed in his inspection. The RV wasn't drivable due to tire damage. The wheel well had been poorly repaired by the owner's company handyman, not by a certified technician/repairman. Peter wrote "Inspector notes extensive damage to cargo bay in front of rear wheels including the inner walls pulling away from the floor and gaping hole in wheel well leaving interior exposed to the elements. Cargo bay has lost structural integrity and is at high risk of failure. Wet bay has also been impacted and suffered damage structurally and possibly mechanically given the controls at risk behind the panel. Recommend consulting a qualified RV technician for further evaluation." Peter literally saved my life & also saved me from a financial disaster. I am forever grateful to him. It pays to hire an inspector. Their eyes are trained to see issues that we will never see. I so appreciate his attention to detail. It can be a lifesaving quality!

Peter was more flexible and available than I would have imagined. Did a nice inspection and reported fairly quickly (less than 1 day). This was a pretty clean coach ... except one of the slides had a water damaged and rotting floor that was not disclosed and wouldn't have been known without Peter's help. Saved me a $4k+ repair bill. Wonderful experience. I was nervous about buying a used Fleetwood Excursion and contracted RV Pro. Peter Clark was so helpful and walked me through the inspection process and I booked the inspection the next day. He showed up on time and was incredibly professional.
